Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, contact address, company, industry, and project description. We may also receive technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, provide and improve the website, maintain security, prevent abuse, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights. We process information when you consent, when it is needed to respond to your request or perform an agreement, and for legitimate operational and security interests.
Service providers
We use contracted providers to operate this site. Cloudflare hosts the application and stores contact records and archives; SendGrid transmits contact-form messages; and Google reCAPTCHA helps detect automated abuse. These providers process information for their respective functions under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Cookies and automated security
The site may use essential storage or cookies required for security and delivery. reCAPTCHA may collect device and interaction information to assess whether a submission is legitimate. We do not sell personal information or use the contact form to make your message public.
Retention and transfers
We retain inquiry and operational data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including follow-up, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your own; we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards where required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection; to withdraw consent; or to appeal or complain to a regulator. California residents may also request information about collection and disclosure and may exercise applicable rights without discriminatory treatment. Submit a request through the contact form. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children and external links
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Links to other websites are governed by those sites’ policies, not this one.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy by posting a revised version and date here. Send privacy questions or requests through our contact form.
